High School Credit Recovery Program
Program Description
The High School School Credit Recovery Program provides students with the opportunity to recover credits they did not earn during the school year. They are able to make up courses they did not pass by taking the course in the online platform Edgenuity while attending in-person sessions and receiving feedback, support, motivation and accommodations from teachers. Courses in Edgenuity are customized to conform to the scope and sequence and standards in the high school’s units while accommodating for 6 weeks/66 hours of seat time. Two time blocks allow students to make-up up to two courses.
Students will also be able to make up Physical Education classes in-person. Lunch and breakfast will be provided, along with scheduled activity breaks. The goal of this program is to prevent students from falling behind in their coursework and maintain their timeline for graduation on time and with their class.Site Supervisors
