Vaccination
The City of Chelsea encourages all Chelsea residents ages 12+ to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines are safe and free regardless of whether you have insurance or your immigration status. For youth ages 12-16 years old, the only vaccine authorized for this age group is Pfizer.Plenty of vaccines are available for Chelsea residents at:
- Chelsea Vaccination Site located at 318 Broadway (at the La Collaborativa), and operated by East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. Call 617-568-4870 to schedule an appointment.
- Walk-up Clinics - every weekend for the foreseeable future at the Chelsea Senior Center across from City Hall (Friday, 3:00 - 7:00 pm, Sat. and Sun. 10:00 am – 5:00 pm). And this Sunday, May 28 at Highland Park from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. These are all first-come, first-serve. No appointments are necessary. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at both locations to people ages 12+.
